Salesforce Developer / Administrator Lead

100% Remote (Preference for candidates near El Paso or McAllen, TX)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly hands-on Salesforce Developer / Administrator Lead to own the development, administration, and integration of our Salesforce platform. This role is focused on execution, requiring deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Security, and Operations to deliver scalable business solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Apex (triggers, batch jobs, integrations, custom business logic)
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
    • Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security, and Permissions
  • Salesforce Administration experience including user management, reporting, dashboards, and platform configuration.
  • Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices.
  • Experience with GitHub, source control, and deployment processes.
  • Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage technical projects independently.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with cross-functional business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II
  • Experience supporting Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and enhancing Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions.
  • Building automation and workflow improvements within Salesforce.
  • Supporting Salesforce and NetSuite integrations.
  • Managing and optimizing Workato integrations.
  • Driving system and process improvements across multiple business functions.
  • Taking ownership of a substantial Salesforce development backlog and delivering scalable solutions.
